She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a MBA in Marketing and General Management from The Stephen A. Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. Yvette also holds a certification as Executive Life Coach from Dream Releaser Coaching and Coach Trainer Certification from Lifeforming Leadership Coaching.
She is a Prosci Change Management practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has had a successful 20-year career in marketing, sales and business development, working in senior management for several Fortune 100 companies.
She taught at the collegiate level for nearly ten years at Johnson C. Smith University where she also served as Department Chair for the Business and Economics Department for several years. She has a wealth of knowledge in adult learning.
Yvette is a native of California. She and her husband currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina with their two college-age sons and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, travel and she is finishing up her Ph.D. in Marketing at Hampton University.
